ABOUT

About charmgen

charmgen is a library of photographs made from text prompts. Each page shows the picture, the exact prompt that produced it, and a short note on the phrases that actually did the work ? the light, the lens, the camera height, the surface.

It is not a news site, not a coding community, and not a marketplace. The point is to learn how a prompt is built by reading one that already worked.

How to use a page

  • Copy the prompt. The English text is what made the photo. Nothing is held back.
  • Read why it works. The note names the words that set the daylight, the focal length, or the backdrop ? and what fails without them.
  • Change one thing. Swap the hour, the lens, or the surface and generate again. That is how you learn the control, not by collecting more adjectives.

What you will find

Product, jewelry, workspace, and interior photographs. No people, and no brand logos. The notes talk about lighting and materials, not about which model drew the image. Three short teaching notes on lighting, macro, and changing one control live under Guides.
